The National Book Award for Poetry is given annually by a panel of American writers to other American writers for poetry works published the previous year. It has been part of the larger National Book Award since 1950, with a temporary suspension of award-giving between 1985 and 1990.

This list contains only the award-winners that are held by JMRL.
