Steal This Code, Please!

Did you know that you can embed code from the Library's website into your own webpages?

You can cut and paste the code provided on this page into your personal webpage, your MySpace or Facebook page, you name it! You can embed search boxes into any web resource that allows you to cut and paste HTML code into it--and you don't even need to know any HTML.

To copy code from any of the examples below, simply click in the text box. This will highlight all of the code. Then, simply copy the code to your clipboard. Return to your editing interface, and click in the area into which you'd like to insert this code, and paste, and voilà, you have embedded a Library search box into your webpage.

You can add a JMRL catalog search engine to your browser's search box from this page. Open the drop-down menu of Search Engine choices by clicking the arrow on your Search Box at the upper right of your browser window. Click "Add JMRLSearch."
